      Ok Company with NO structure

      Pros

      -Great Benefits, and I mean GREAT -Chill Employees (Glendale Office) -Snacks International Sales are well. Great team environment. There are many things to do but that can slow down.

      Cons

      -Unorganized -Jumps the Gun (CEO is constantly changing his target demographic) -Unsure which direction the company is headed -No Structure US Sales are nowhere to be found unless it's with existing customers (add-Ons) so for anyone looking for a sales job... good luck trying. No structure or monitoring with Salesforce. Salesforce is a mess. Training is Joke, in a sense that there is no solid plan on who teaches what on what day until "the day of". Cancellations have increased. It was not until I left that things started being implemented.

      Good product idea ...just idea

      Cons

      1) No hierarchy in management. 2)No sales or product direction 3) No other benefit then a clumsy insurance policy which initially will make you pay lot out of pocket and then you have ask for reimbursements which will take weeks /months and lot of paper work .
