Toxic and condescending management from HQ in Germany, which basically also runs the Charlotte location. Extreme micromanagement combined with a harsh tone are part of the negative company culture. Office workers are expected to work in the warehouse as needed, which may be daily for a period of several months, rather than hiring another warehouse worker. The transfer of responsibility from former office employees to the remaining employees is also standard. Here, too, the first thing to try is how long you can continue with fewer employees. With these unrealistic expectations, the small team is pushed to its limits. The enormous change in personnel is therefore not surprising. This leaves little room for growth as there is no stable work environment.
