Get 3 days off. Good insurance and sometimes free time.

Cons

Poor Management. They make staff do pelletizing all the time without considering their physical health issues. If you do not agree, they send you home even if you are a permanent employee. Management does not value their employees and treats them as if they are servants, always threats them about getting fired. Its a Water company although there is no water for employ's.
