Great, friendly group of people to work with, always available for help Tech team have fully taken on Scrum / Agile working Management trusts its employees to get things done Respectful of free time Perk box bonuses are nice Has taken COVID seriously with good remote working options
Cons
Tech debt is a little bad, they’re working on it but still some outdated practices that need clearing up and they never seem to be top of the agenda. Pay rise has not matched inflation in 2021 Pushed for changes on short time scale, luckily the team is good enough to pull it off!
