Pros

- Great people, fun, friendly & smart. - Flexible, allow you to manage your time around family & other commitments as long as you are productive. - Got to use some interesting tech & innovative projects.

Cons

- CEO is a bit egotistical. - Some people in management/leadership positions are doing a disservice to the people they should be managing/mentoring. - Layoffs, which were handled very poorly! - Very little career progression. If you are not full-stack then don't even bother joining if you value this. - Not a huge amount of benefits and no bonus.

Good idea and very smart people

Cons

The concept held immense potential, but its execution was deeply flawed. Management's unwavering belief in their own vision blinded them to valuable input. They disregarded both research findings and team insights, stubbornly adhering to an ill-conceived plan. As the project faltered, they deflected responsibility, pointing fingers at everyone but themselves.
