I work for many years at Fluid and enjoy the work atmosphere, friendly and talented colleagues. There is a good support to grow and further develop your UX/UI skills on interesting and diverse client projects ranging from consumer, industry, transportation to medical.
Cons
You need to be willing to take on responsibility. The work is done in small team or even sometimes on by one person + design lead. If you are someone you is used to working in 5-6 person strong project teams, this is not the place for you. But on the flipside, this offers a lot of potential to grow.
