      Great culture and supportive leadership with no downsides

      Pros

      Fluxon is amazing company to work with majorly because of people, people are genuinely nice, polite and care for each other's growth. Leadership is very open and is eager to learn, that is clearly visible they are here to help us grow. Pay is great. Culture is good. Benefits are good. Permanent remote. Clients are one of the best. Great work life balance.

      Exceptional organisational culture that truly stands out. The environment is collaborative, transparent, and focused on high engineering standards.

      Cons

      Working across multiple time zones can be challenging. Expect a significant spread in working hours to stay synced with global teams, which sometimes impacts work-life balance and requires high flexibility.
