As a startup, there are daily hiccups, so you must be ready to pivot and devise solutions. No day is the same, and once you get used to working one way, it may completely change the next day. It's all for the better of the company, so this may be a con or a pro, depending on your work style.

Pros
I work remote and FlyGuys does a good job of still making me feel like a part of the team. Work events, meetings, lunch and learns, etc. are planned with the remote employees in mind. FlyGuys also has an innovative spirit towards almost everything they do, which makes working together a much more rewarding experience.
Cons
Since it is a startup, there are some hiccups every now and again. But there are systems that are being put into place to learn from those mistakes to help the company improve overall.
