      Pros

      Not many pros. Some good team members.

      Cons

      Pay cuts, obsurd hours. Aviation company with little to no aviation experience. Poor leadership that screams teamwork, but isn’t a team. Workplace that doesn’t care about you, but expects the world.

      Pros

      Working with Amazing People. Remote Work for me, at least. Pull together to attain a common goal. Everyone, from the CEO to the newest employee, is great to work with.

      Cons

      Medical Insurance could improve, but I think that is common for any company nowadays.
