Flexible schedule Great coworkers Great patients and really making a difference in improving health care access to trans people who may not have an affirming health care provider in their town. Rewarding life changing medicine for many patients who are happy and excited to start this step with you.
Cons
Working only remotely can be isolating. Can be hard to socially connect with other members of the team. No water cooler time Not much room for advancement in leadership
