      - Consistently working with different types of clients - Good people in the delivery department - Strong emphasis on work life balance

      Cons

      - Might have to work weird hours based on clients - Benefits are not the best - Founder culture is rooted in Christianity causing a pretty clear conservative view on world topics

      Pros

      Lots of great people work here! Grant Wilson is an incredibly inspirational company leader. The company is excellent at what they do. They make you feel like they really care.

      Cons

      Some leaders are not good at listening, although they will check in often. They are constantly micromanaging and have major trust issues. The workload is absolutely insane. They have a history of not retaining staff in the finance department. The pay is not competitive at all, and it’s shameful given the workload. It kind of feels like joining a gang - you get beat down daily but they always tell you they love you and there’s no better place to be.
