      Pros

      Good Benefits for full time employees.

      Cons

      Many examples of poor personnel and management skills by upper management resulting in good employees leaving including head of HR and some being fired for reasons that left the organization vulnerable to litigation. No real commitment to diversity. High turnover. Good place to work if you are friends with key upper management--very cliquish. Very Mean Girls.

      full benefits for the entire family, 3 hub offices accros the US and Canada, so you get the opportunity t learn about another country and how they campaign and their values.

      Cons

      Poor salary for those with a manager on their names, and ALL the perks and training for directors. One high level staff is blatantly racist.
