      Tough Working Environment, Decent Remuneration

      Pros

      - Decent to good remuneration - Good portfolio for luxury and property brands

      Cons

      - Lack of reasonable working style - Borderline inhumane treatment of staff - Severe excess of late hours (13 to 144-hour work days more than 60% of the time) - Overly vertical hierachy that mostly impedes efficiency and work quality - Severe lack of work processes that ALSO affect efficiency, work quality and reduces overall meritocracy - SEVERE politics going on in the office, which are highly unnecessarily and are the main cause of stress and a high turnover for past and present colleagues

      If you intend to apply for or accept a position at this company, please read all the reviews here with the understanding that they are more or less truthful before you make any kind of decision. There is no shame in taking a job to support your family or ease a tough life situation, but you must recognise that working at a horrifying bad company like Formul8 will require you to severely undermine your sanity, your health, your relationships and most importantly any self-respect you might have as a person. There are good reasons why this agency has such an abysmal rating and why it has earned the ire of almost every employee that passes through its doors. Same good reasons why its MD is abhorred throughout the industry. Think really hard before you board this pirate ship because you won’t be able to get off without serious damage to your mind, soul and spirit.

      Mostly foreign talents, locals won’t bother

      Pros

      FREE glue to your chair because too much work with ridiculous deadline, FREE exercise routine from train station 15mins walk to office so to and fro 30mins, inaccessible for poor salaried staff. Why? Rental space is cheap, good for boss at the expense of employee welfare

      Cons

      scum of the earth you have to work with so if you desperate for a job so badly still do not apply to work here seriously final warning. Don’t make foolish decision
