Pros
-Cute environment -Amazing team -It is what you make of it (you can decide how many projects you want to be apart of) -I worked within/helped every "department" - that helped as an intern to familiarize myself with the process of things -Snacks are plentiful -They care where you end up -CEO Andy is a BOSS -Females and Males are equals and there are many women in the office -Clients are fun and diverse -Everyone is supportive -Great values//mottos -Lots of work to do, you stay busy -Team does stuff together during the work day -They have coffee hours where we would talk to the best of the best at other agencies and hear their stories I am now working in NYC and FC being a Best Small Agency with a well-connected team and award winning campaigns, I was set up to succeed outside of CO.
Cons
-Not a ton of diversity (But also it's Boulder) Make your goals known so your manager sets you up for projects that will help you so you're set in the right direction from the get-go!
