People were laid off using a new grey area created in the contract. - A new culture of fear was implemented. - Company scaled up with no real plan, making a lot of mistakes. - Owner doesn't trust or listen to the team's suggestions. - Currently, people are handing in their resignations due to a lack of direction. - You are hired with a title but presented to clients with a more senior one with no remuneration. - Bullying to some colleagues from senior management
