Pros
Exposure to different regional issues. the organization is pretty small so its tight-knitted which is good because you can get to know your colleagues although most work remotely. salary is good but benefit not so much, the contract system also provides no sense of job security for employee especially considering they are donor dependent.
Cons
Management is so bad. no clear schedule. office politics gets overwhelming... too many external issues that is clouding the whole mission or aim of the organization. donor money is not used effectively. those in manager or senior level are not managing nor delegating. I recommend but only for a shortwhile
