      Not a place for freshers

      Pros

      Didnt find any ,worst place for any Engineer may be fresher/Exp.

      Cons

      Salary is very very less aprox 4k/month Hr department is very bad.I think they behave like illiterate goons . Stupid policies , salary not in time some time 7 th day of month or sometime 9 dy ,PLI is a dream . Aprisal is very hard to get , 5% to 6% after facing lot of criticism .

      Software team manager is a Gentle man and has good professional ethics.

      Cons

      The management cheats the employees. They pay very less salaries. They torture any employee who resigns and show them hell. They don't pay salary when a employee is leaving from the company.. And trust me, all the positive reviews here are written by the CEO itself.. whenever there is a negative review, the CEO writes a couple of positive reviews to bring the rating up. . Please do not trust them..

      Pros

      You will get better opportunities after working in this company, as you will be seen the worst and no company is worst than this. If you are looking for only work then this the best company (mind it, ONLY WORK) as you will be squeezed out work what they want(trainings, support from management,salary,hike,professionalism are like stars in the sky, you can just see it or hear about it but cannot reach to it or get it)

      You will be treated as bonded labor(even daily labor will get good money per day) you will be demotivated as an graduate if you are starting your carrier with this company (then your carrier growth will be delayed by at least 3years) if you are a lateral entry in this company (then you can see a sine wave in you carrier graph). unethical and unhealthy work environment( senior management will screw up your life) work-life balance is not good Beware of spy around you micro management all policies are made for companies benefit less than market standards (advice to management, even a cab driver is earning more than the employee in your company - companies with this attitude and mindset is degrading the value of a graduate)
