I loved having this job because I got to have a job that was meaningful and that I loved! I got to work in the community and work with people that truly cared about making a difference as well!

Make your own schedule. Purpose of the job.
Cons
Absolutely awful place. Nepotism. Poor training. Poor reimbursement for hours spent working, driving, note taking, emailing and calling case managers. No benefits. No paid time off. Unhealthy and toxic work environment.
