      Pros

      Freedom has been on a change journey for the past 5 years and that reflects in the culture where people want to make a difference. Enjoy being surrounded by like minded people that are committed to the solution.

      Cons

      Different and changing priorities can sometimes make the path forward unclear but honest dialogue cuts through that.

      I’m so happy I applied for work at FREEDOM Moore Park. Right from my interview I had a great feeling about the people and the place. Now that I’ve worked here for 3 months my feelings are confirmed. I feel 100% supported by my managers, they are extremely approachable and easy to work with. They have also created a team environment that’s makes me feel totally engaged with my fellow sales staff and warehouse/back end co-workers

      Cons

      I live quite far away however it’s totally worth the drive to work somewhere I love.
