      Pros

      Good pay, lots of travel, very generous with bonus

      Cons

      Poor onboarding, lack of structure, and clarity. They tend to see every introduced software concept outside of their comfort zone as unnecessary complexity. To rebalious to software industry standands it hurting their software quality. They are not fund best practices like testing, working with design patterns, telemarty, and documentation and so on.

      The salary was good, benefits were OK.

      Cons

      Beware, bait and switch. Interviewed, signed and accepted for one job, and was told days before starting that "that job is gone." Put into a position I would have never otherwise accepted. I felt that management ignored my issues and questions, so I left.
