Kolan will work with your schedule and gives you a lot of freedom if you are capable. Your pay can be negotiated based on your skills.
Cons
Gonna have to get up pretty early as a pressure washer but some people like working and being done early, I did Your not gonna make bank but its a decent job for a college student looking for a flexible schedule.
