      Great people culture CEO & Exec friendly and approachable Some nice perks like lunch now and again and social events Promotions are there if you work hard Current CFO & FD are incredible, nothing but praise working with them Stephen Freeman - what a character and leader, he is so passionate about his business

      Events staff work long hours and disconnect between staff on the field and office based staff Management who have been there for many years refuse to follow process and change behaviours, which causes unnecesary conflict and bad feeling but which also impacts Finance ability to do their job effectively
