Pros

They find good developers and designers. It is a pleasure to work with them. Winter and summer team events.

Cons

Overtimes, gender discrimination, micromanagement, decision-making only by top management, absolute unprofessionalism on top and middle management level, pointing fingers in public. 2-3 hours of not paid overtimes per day per person. Because estimation of project costs is unusually unrealistic and team has to work for free. Due to the mistakes of top management who have done this estimation with low costs to attract the clients and win the competition. Almost impossible to get a raise in salary(Max. 1-2%). Again you need to play with emotions, not facts while taking about salary increase. No program/plan for further development. You need to “fight” for 2 working hours per year to attend the seminar (that you pay by yourself). Top management believes you need to develop yourself outside of working hours (home) and being these values to the company. I as a woman has never been involved/invited in the decision making even though I was the manager of the projects. Men have discussed everything while smoking outside ( not even in the conference rooms). When I popped up and interrupted their discussion while smoking , they stopped talking. My female-colleagues have faced the same behavior as well.
