Pros

great variety of claims. great people to work with. So much to learn and so easy to do with Frontier.

Cons

inconsistent volume of claims. Hard to predict how busy you'll be. When CATs hit, can change everything. Lot's of traveling to claim sites

Pros

Usually set own schedule, Flexible Management and Direct Supervisors, Can adjust day operations to meet your needs, work more if need additional money, variety of type of claims, receive support from other independent adjusters, Usually work with little encumberment from micromanagement, over site or interference in your work process.

Cons

Inconsistency in pay. Base rates can be changed without your approval, Additional non-paying work required, Lack of Incentives or Bonus, Limited Amenities and PTO, No room for advancement and/or monetary advancements. Lack of rewards for fulfilling exceptional work and client servicing.
