Great vision from CEO if corporate would follow through it would be an amazing company

Lacking follow through with his vision. No real support for regional. Empty promises of support. Promoting people without experience to upper management. Poor communication

I worked here for 3 years and loved it. Very busy, but great team. CEO is very successful and approachable. Left because we moved.

Cons

Work/Life Balance-there could be some long hours.

Pros

This is a company with a great culture. Above all else, Frontier Management believes in doing the RIGHT THING for the residents and their employees. This sets it apart from any other health-care and senior living company. Frontier invests money to upgrade existing communities to ensure they are well kept, attractive and comfortable for the residents and employees. Pay is very competitive in their respective markets allowing for the recruitment of exceptional employees. Greg Roderick, CEO is an exceptional leader who manages through empowering his employees and expecting them to carry on his Gold Standards for caring our residents.

Cons

The only con I see can also be viewed as a Pro. There is a lack of micro-management. The con is, those employees who may choose to take advantage of this culture and not be committed to their job and our residents. Regional oversight is based only on Regional VPs who make all the decisions, including clinical decisions.

Pros

This company genuinely understands what it takes to create an environment that provides a safe, happy, engaging caring culture. Direction is given and support is available. This is not a controlling company. The CEO genuinely cares about the welfare of the residents and staff, this is not just a heads in bed sort of mentality. Our RVP and other home office staff are very reachable and hands on as needed. When difficult or challenging issues arise, they are always professional and caring. I am thankful to be a part of a caring, ethical company.

Cons

Negatives are not something I can speak of truly. No company is perfect, but Frontier sincerely makes every effort to address, take care of and follow up with issues that arise.

This company has gone through a lot of growth in a short amount of time which has been difficult and stressful at times.

Pros

A Company that allows creativity & flexibility. Management allows the Executive Director autonomy. A caring and very involved CEO which is very rare in the world of today's Senior Living Industry. They encourage working with your local Community.

Cons

Communication could always be enhanced.

Pros

Get company-provided lunch once a month. Coworkers are always helpful and willing to help

Cons

You have to work weekends when close falls on a weekend. All AR staff need to be in-office. Understaffed all the time but refuses to higher new people. CEO has made changes to working conditions and that resulted in multiple people leaving. CEO said he would "just hire new one's"
