      I still am employed but with no hope for the future.

      Cons

      The company only cares about saving money . The company laid of 50 people because they make to much money.

      There is a lot of flexibility to work on several projects and to collaborate with people in offices elsewhere in the country.

      Cons

      Lack of formal HR department means CEO is involved in HR decisions - not something I'm comfortable with.

      This is related to another company with the same name and is in manufacturing. We are in IT services area and only based in Naperville IL. Please check the CEO and website for this company under the company name. You will find this is a different one.
