      High-pressure job that is paid way below average. Too many internal meetings that are for nothing and everyone has to preform all the time

      Exposure to senior leaders at Fortune 500 companies Extremely smart, helpful and entrepreneurial colleagues Entrepreneurial culture that encourages innovation Capable and conscientious CEO and executive team Flat organization structure with no politics

      Cons

      Calls outside typical office hours few times a week, both internal and with clients (depending on projects/regions). However, internal teams are accommodative and alternate these meetings between regions.
