      Interesting and varied work for clients in different industries. Opportunity to travel for clients. Big focus on producing a high-quality product, which forces everyone to achieve more. Fast pace environment that is impossible to get bored in.

      Everything else. Management has poor communication skills. They have zero training protocols and when you receive direction from one "manager" it is apparently the complete opposite of what the owner wants to see.
