Despite annual requests for staff feedback, observed improvements have not materialized. Constantly changing internal organization chart and rules. Small company with politics. Only consider if you can work like a 200% Yes-man without independent views. Remuneration package not catching up with market rate. Career advancement not based on background, experience or ability. Full discretion on MD.
