Bad Company Culture/Poor Pay/Bad Management

Was allowed to work from home as a Major Incident Manager Wasn't constantly busy. There were some periods of downtime where I could focus on e-learning to get a better grasp of my role, and reach out to colleagues and people in other areas of the business, to get to know them better and help us work better as a team.
Cons
The training was extremely rushed. They gave me two weeks to wrap my head around every aspect of the job. They assured me that they understood that this wasn't enough time, and would give me enough support to do my job correctly, however this did not end up being the case. The way they "supported" me was by using raised voices, swearing, and general intimidation in an attempt to stop me making mistakes. What makes this sad to me is the fact I came into the team from a different area of the business, so one would imagine they would give me some more time to wrap my head around the role, but no, they dropped me in the deep end and just expected everything to work out fine, exactly the way they were hoping it to. The manager of the team took a hands off approach and allowed a man who has no people skills whatsoever to run the team. He had no idea how to talk to anyone. Not only was he extremely rude and vile towards me, and completely impatient with me, but he also frequently scoffed at mental health issues, veganism, and anything else that they couldn't understand, but wasn't interested in understanding someone else's perspective. They were extremely unapproachable, and I always tried to go to someone else to get help. If they said "go speak to ", I would very reluctantly do so, because I knew it would likely end in him shouting and swearing at me, which was over 50% of our interactions. The manager constantly reminded me of how lucky I was to be on an improved salary from my previous role, conveniently dismissing the part where Fujitsu openly pays 70% market value, and the job that I'm currently at has far less responsibility and pays almost as well as the base salary of Fujitsu Major Incident Management. This was clearly a manipulation tactic to make me feel luckier than I actually was. I was made aware of the fact that this team went through somewhere around ten Major Incident Managers in an extremely small time frame, and it's extremely easy to understand why. The manager and team leader have no idea how to actually run a team well, instead going for a good cop - bad cop strategy where neither of them know what conclusion they want to arrive at. I was also a configuration engineer, which was a very basic office job, but they would not approve my request for flexible working hours. I suffer from ADHD, which they were aware of, which causes me to be often late due to time blindness (something I tried to explain to them many times, but they would not listen to me). This is despite the fact I put forward a very good case for how the core hours would work. They simply are afraid of modern office working practices. Don't work for Fujitsu. The wages are very bad across the board and they will make you feel insignificant and that you have no other options in life but to stay there.
