Cons
The company might improve its competitive edge were management to make it a priority to invest more in pushing the envelope with the technologies that run the business, and be willing to pay more to attract top-notch development talent that wants to work with these technologies.

Always busy. Very high amount of sites in production. Upper management is absentee.
