Pros
Amazing product, great tech, ambitious and enthusiastic team, and a lot of cool colleagues from many cultures. Flat hierarchy with lots of transparency compared to big company jobs I've had.
Cons
Still a small startup so despite huge ambitions, there are still processes to be built, long term financial "safety", and a lot of changes - which for some people might be amazing, for some might be exhausting.
