Aquiredwith multiple companies in the space of 12 months. Very very tall management structure, execs from acquired companies just put in management roles created for them rather than overhaul on structure for integration. Zero care for human factor, just want people to work and be over utilized. Messaging from executive is always only about utilisation and business growth. Actively encourage and instruct people to do their ‘non-billable’ work outside of normal hours and not put that time into timesheets (I.e. work free excessive overtime’ Unrealistic expectations in regards to non billable time. Want to grow but won’t hire. Culture is soulless. Zero training budget and no genuine development support, expect development and training to just occur on the job. No structure or planning.
