We continue to foster this culture so that the team members are able to participate right from the solution conceptualization phase and well prepared to kick-start from Day 1 of the engagement. However, there are several external factors that influence success of sales or new project/customer onboarding and it’s quite unfortunate that you were disappointed with one such experience that did not go the way all of us would have wanted.
