In some cases, we act as a recruiting partner, connecting developers with clients who manage their own workflows and pay developers directly. These developers are not employed or contracted by G2i, and they are under no obligation to take on or remain in any given opportunity. We also want to note that G2i is a small, mission-driven company with approximately 20 full-time employees. We’re committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism in how we work with both clients and developers, and we take concerns seriously—especially when they involve transparency or fairness. That said, we ask that feedback reflect the actual structure and nature of our platform.
