Pros
Staff and some Faculty coworkers are awesome to work with. Accumulate sick time pretty quickly
Cons
Mass confusion Petty inter office bickering Whining faculty Parking is $800 a year regardless of the number of days you work in the office. Mandatory in office days year round regardless if you see students or faculty or not (unless of course you are a Department Chair or higher) Work is discombobulating because it’s different process for the same assignment and it’s ever changing without notice. Some rules don’t apply to everyone just you, this is the only place I’ve worked at that. Everyone is not required to respond to emails.
