More than basic benefits are provided. Work infrastructure and regulations are arranged through the parent company, and you can experience standard work.
Cons
On-site managers with no knowledge of management conduct management activities. Leaders hold high positions without the will or ability to make strategic decisions. We miss many opportunities even though we have good business opportunities and an advantage in the market.
