Nothing at all. Don't bother joining

Cons

Will only get used by the employer who is always a yes boss to him. Employer will backstab workers who speak up for own rights. Will put every blame on the workers. Leave controlled. Eventhough you are entitled to take annual leaves or what, employer will reject if he wants people to work.

A place where there’s no system. Couriers and drivers need to inbound shipments, sort them according to routes. Once done they’ve done that, only then they can proceed for delivery. Higher management expectations are way too high,
