Pros
They offer a competitive starting salary & force you to leave early on Friday.
Cons
You can not get a raise more than once a year, they won't give you more than a 2% raise if they do, and they will not pay you for overtime even if it is required. (They didnt pay enough to warrant the amount of stress I was put under and the number of hours I worked per week. Additionally I was forced to work solo as my supervisor would take long breaks that weren't sanctioned, and would leave on time at the end of the day while I was stuck working 10+ hour days.) They have unreasonable expectations. Lastly, it's a family owned company so there is limited opportunity.
