      Good culture! Have a lot of fun activites to try to make up for the stressful work load

      Cons

      The finance department is a complete mess. High turnover leads to gaps in training. Lack of processes and outdated systems. Incompetent managers and VP.

      - Take care of employees esp. women employees - Pay salary on time even paid during covid - great work life balance

      Cons

      - No growth in career (once joined you can retire in same position) - No value for your inputs or hard work, as they only value outside consultancies hired for growth plans - Salary hikes are subjective, better be careful. so, best is to join in higher positions and retire.
