      Pros

      Some good parties. Interesting fauna.

      Cons

      Very cliquey - if you aren't part of "the goss crew" you'll get no support, no promotion or pay rise etc. The offices is in a disused warehouse in the middle of nowhere, and is always too hot/cold and very noisy. Not a good environment for a developer. Lunchtimes are boring as there is literally nothing to do. Nepotism - there is a core group of people who started there and they always get the promotions/rises. When I was there, morale was non-existent.

      Pros

      Great people. Company willing to listen to your opinion and want your ideas. Company tries to be flexible. Company want you to progress. Feel supported.

      Cons

      The only negative I've heard is the salary but as with most places this is an area that could be discussed and negotiated, it's a great place to work.

      Pros

      In my experience, GOSS is a very friendly, informal and flexible place to work. The office is in a lovely location with a gym, fitness studio and a cafe at the top of the road, used often by various members of staff (myself included).

      Cons

      For me personally there are no particular cons. I was surprised at the couple of negative reviews on here, and wanted to provide a different view point. Again, I can only speak for myself, but everyone I work with (including management) are generally helpful, and seem genuinely keen to keep GOSS an interesting and fun place to work.
