Pros

- Pretty new and decent space environment - Some pple are friendly, but 3d enviroment is closed enclave

Cons

There are lot of them: - The team constantly changes your place of work; you swap places without any info in advance - Very poor salary vs. the demands (senior and regulars are leaving after 2-3 years) - Many people leave just after employment after experiencing communication with people - Lack of communication: teamleaders have nothing to blame themselves for - Missinformation, no reliable source of opinion about your job feeback - All mistakes by oppressive graphic departments and management falls on your shoulders - The management and team leaders simply don't care about you except when you stay long hours after job and u accept it as a standard process - Many overtime hours - No carrer here: promotions are rare and thay do not come with financial gratifications lol - When you fight for justice you can expect to be fired

Pros

1. contract of employment 2. you can take your dog to work 3.private medical care 4.small corporate events, occasional events, e.g. free bicycle inspections for employees, ice cream parlor in the office, etc. 5.co-financing of psychological care 6.

Cons

1. Poor communication - changes in teams or the employee's previously agreed development path may change without informing those concerned - provided for information on the official company channel, you can read and guess " you can read, can't you?" ) 2. Unpaid forced overtime - you ask if you can leave at the time you should finish work, - unpredictable overtime - usually they tell you at 5 pm, it could be 3 hours, or 7. they don't care, you have to stay. - work on weekends (not paid extra) 3 .Favoring men and allowing them to advance ahead of women 4. Annual talks about the employee's development path - nice idea, but it doesn't work in reality. None of the reported issues is resolved, after the end of the conversation, team leaders and managers do not remember about any of the discussed issues 5. Low wages compared to competing employers 6. Public layoffs - witnessing such a dismissal of an employee is very embarrassing - for dismissed person and the employees summoned as an audience.
