* Lack of management and leadership across the whole business * Constant false promises from senior management * Lack of career progression * Unmotivated sales staff * Disrespectful staff attitudes * Lack of skilled employees * Extremely high staff turnover * Toxic culture and behavior * Staff sick most of the time * Working taking months to complete due to bad business structures
