Pros
The company willing to spend budget and generous on annual company trip or festival event, such as going overseas (Korea, Taiwan, Japan), or organized luxury Chinese New Year / Annual Dinner in one of their restaurant.
Cons
The company operates in a high-pressure environment with demanding workloads / unreasonable out of scope task, requiring employees to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Unreasonable out of scope task are often assigned from supervisor. Job position offered are not aligned to what was promised during the interview. Additionally, the workplace dynamics involve organizational politics, which can be challenging at times but also offers opportunities to develop interpersonal and strategic skills.

The only good thing : an annual company trip to overseas where your AL will be deducted for the trip
Cons
The legal department is basically in charged by a judgemental senior manager and managed by a useless junior manager (who only care about herself). The senior manager is a control freak while the junior manager is a failed superior who only cares about herself and nothing else, not even your wellbeing as she is busy flattering the senior manager 24/7.
