Pros

Full time work from home. And the mission is amazing. It's really unfortunate the place has such a bad vibe.

Cons

The leadership here is honestly awful. Jeff the CEO is so out of touch and really only cares about how he comes off to the "little people", not about how they actually feel. I was honestly scared ALL THE TIME. And people around me were being let go left and right. I didn't have any support in learning what was required of me, just that I had to figure it out. Which is really hard when you're remote. I was doomed to fail from the beginning.

Pros

Work from home. That's it.

Cons

I jumped though every hoop they provided. I studied the guidelines and took notes in order to make sure I perform to their standards. After I was hired I was immediately let go. The email stated my work was given to someone else and my contract has ended. I emailed them several times and never got a response. Their guidelines state that contracts are reviewed on the last Friday of the month which is obviously a lie.

Pros

Some nice and talented people, decent benefits, remote option

Cons

Gaggle is undergoing change at all levels so it desperately needs mgmt and leaders who are effective at boosting morale and inspiring collaboration. So far, some of the "leaders" only exhibit crippling communication and a severe case of micro management. There is so much focus on internal political drama and personal agendas that innovation is stymied. All of this is very worrisome for a company that has been around for ages and is trying to compete in today's progressive tech culture.
