      Flexibility especially if you're a mom or a dad as long as you get your work done while engaging and collaborating with the team. Work/life balance Huge move with AIs.

      Pros

      Supportive leadership and teammates who genuinely empower you to grow. I’ve learned so much here, and the culture makes a huge difference — people are friendly, collaborative, and great to work with. As a working parent, I also really appreciate the flexibility and trust given to manage my schedule, with focus placed on outcomes and delivery.

      Cons

      Gallup has a relatively flat hierarchy, which can be an adjustment depending on your working style. Some may prefer more structured layers or clearer lines of authority, but it also creates a very open and collaborative environment.
