Everyone in the technical team bar 1 person were hilarious, great people who are just enjoyable to be around. Good pay Flexible where the technical team management can control Banter for days
Cons
Hr policy is based off the sales team taking liberties with sick days meaning now nobody gets sick pay whatsoever. Lead technical guy is a robot with an abrasive personality who would rather rub someone up the wrong way giving round about answers rather than saying he doesn't know Was sent across the country and given the wrong contact details for the first site I was at, so when I got to the second site I had a very angry customer who had been looking at me for hours.

Got along with the people I worked with Enjoyed some of the work we did They had a good internet connection...(filler)

Poor management from directors Questionable practices Poor investment in staff No rewards schemes No benefits Poor pay Training was none existent and made you repay this even after 3 years.
