Pros

Great team that is always willing to listen to everyone on the team bc at the end of the day they just want to make things that resonates with the audience. Its not a place for someone that just wants to clock in and out and check off a task list.

Cons

Not a large corporate structure. Some people like that and some hate it. It all depends.

Pros

You'll immediately recognize red flags in any job from here on out.

Cons

Working at this place was a total disaster from start to finish. The people at the top were narrow-minded, arrogant, and pushed their personal views into the workplace in a way that made it feel more like a bad internet forum than a professional environment. Most of the leadership team lacked real-world knowledge of the work they were overseeing, which meant constant confusion, unrealistic expectations, and timelines that made no sense. The founder was obsessed with profit and cutting corners, with no regard for the well-being or growth of the people actually doing the work. All the smart, driven people I started with? They saw the mess and bailed. Now it’s just a revolving door of new hires getting burned out and pushed aside.

Pros

I gain decent knowledge and experience in the field.

Cons

Employees of Game Pill are exploited by the leadership so much! We are forced to work for extended hours, and we're given much more workload than we can reasonably handle. At the same time, we receive a mediocre salary and lackluster health benefits. The leadership only cares about extracting as much labor from us while compensating us very little.
