You get "free" candies, chocolates and chips each month
Cons
Low salary. You get paid with the "free candies". High turnover. While I worked there, entire development team got replaced twice 3-5 people each month. CEO is a financial "guru" not a software one. Big red-flag. He is as greedy as you can imagine. I believe this company is setup the way it is setup to extract as much money from its investors. Every Friday is crunch, no matter the condition of the game project is at that moment, it is shipped. No overtime pay, yet constant demand for overtime.
