      Barely any communication; you have to take multiple shots in the dark to see if anything lands Inconsistent practices and standards, one task something might be good but the next it will not

      Product based company, Better learning curve, Salary on time, Picnic mostly every year

      Only depends on Ludo game, Poor management skills, Poor time management and future assessment, Not giving opportunities to existing employee for higher post, Believes that employee who stays late at office are best employee than who deliver work.

      Pros

      Get hands on to do a lot. Learnt a lot in some 2 years only. Games are good to work and are top rated. Get freedom to do lot of research. Cool environment. Rarely have to sit late. Overall great place to work and learn. Salary is good.
